Finding hope through grief, a mother's perspective

My son, Randall Heffron, died at age 20 at the end of his first week of sophomore year in college. As parents in the journey of grief one of our greatest fears when we lose a child is that they will be forgotten or their life will have lost meaning because they died too young to fully develop a life worthy of remembering. As a Mother, my prayer is that The Randall Heffron Foundation may inspire you to find hope in recognizing your child's individual message to the world.

A life well lived

Inspired by Randall's selfless and compassionate personality
we commemorate him by setting up others for success.
Every year our goal is to award scholarships to students who
exemplify "A Life Well Lived."

Randall was one of the most unselfish teammates I have ever coached. He was a talented athlete, but his greatest gift was centered around his enormous heart for others
